1. Main technical conditions

 

The design and manufacture of LX electric single-girder suspension crane follows the "Electric Single-girder Suspension Crane" JB2603-94 standard, and it is used together with CD1, MD1 and other electric hoists to become a light and small crane that runs on rails. Generally, the crane is 0.5~5T, the span is 3~16m, and the running speed is 20m/min and 30m/min. If there are special requirements, it can be designed and manufactured separately.

 

2. Scope of use

 

The working level of the LX suspension crane is A3~A5, the working environment is -25°C~45°C, and the relative humidity is ≤85%. It is suitable for working without flammable, explosive materials and corrosive media. Use with caution in molten metals and highly toxic substances!

 

The suspension crane is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, stockyards and other places because of its compact structure, good rigidity, sensitive operation, low noise, no pollution, safety and reliability.

 

The working power supply of the suspension crane: AC 380V 50Hz, can also be customized according to customer requirements.

 

3. Basic structure

 

LX type suspension crane is mainly composed of main girder, beam, electric trolley, electrical appliance and lifting structure.

 

The electric trolley, the driven trolley and the CD1 trolley are common, and have good versatility and interchangeability.

 

In general, the span of 0.5t is 3~16m: the span of 1t is less than 12m; the span of 2t is less than or equal to 7.5m, it is not necessary to be equipped with beams, and beams can also be equipped according to user needs. The beam track varies with the weight and span of the crane. See Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3 for details.

 

The electrical performance and parameters of the motor conform to the relevant standards of JB834, ZJB80013.3 and JB/T6391.2.
